James Baker Hall Exhibit & Poetry Reading
To celebrate the final weeks of the exhibition Photo/Synthesis: James Baker Hall and National Poetry Month, 21c Museum in Louisville, Ky., is hosting a poetry reading featuring Mary Ann Taylor-Hall, Brett Eugene Ralph and Richard Taylor on Thursday, April 2. A reception begins at 7 p.m., with readings in the Atrium Gallery at 7:30 p.m.
The authors represent two of Kentucky’s most celebrated literary presses: Sarabande Books (founded 1994) and Larkspur Press (founded 1974), which provide an alternative to mainstream publishing, emphasizing design and quality of the literary word. Read more.
