We are looking for articles
about Southern food using regional ingredients, old family recipes or
involving traveling and eating in Southern locations. Articles about food
from other regions are acceptable but please note our focus is on affordable
recipes, using fresh ingredients whenever possible, within the budgets of
working families. Essays about food, eating, canning, preserving, saving
money on the food budget and using leftovers will be considered.
We appreciate articles
accompanied by 2-3 photographs submitted in jpeg format, although space
constraints may not permit the use of all photographs.
